From soil to cup. An intensive week focusing on Colombia varieties and processing. Iive on the farm with us and get ready to get your hands a little dirty. We will also be visiting the world-famous Finca la Negrita so see how competition coffees are created.
Colombia has always been one of the world’s greatest producers of coffees. Travelling is easy and safe with so much diversity. During this week you will have a chance to plant from the nursery, to harvest your own coffee and process those coffees. We will be visiting a Wet mill, a Dry mill and so much more.

November 2nd-9th: Vietnam
Vietnam is the home of Robusta but big changes are happening. Join us and discover Vietnam. Fine quality Robusta coffees but also some astonishing Arabicas are being produced. During the week we will be focusing on how fine Robustas are being processed
Saturday, November 2nd - Arrive in Ho Chi Minh city and settle in and recuperate from the jet lag.
Sunday, November 3rd - A day to explore the city and many of the new, trendy specialty coffee shops.
Monday, November 4th - Half a day in Ho Chi Minh city to cup with some locals and visit some more before we fly to our final destination: Dalat City.
Tuesday- Thursday, November 5th-7th - This will be our base for a few days as we fully explore some of the many farms in region. We will have a chance to plant, harvest, process and cup coffees. The course will be focused around understanding how Vietnam is adapting to a very changing market.
Friday, November 8th We fly back to Ho Chi Minh city to wrap up the week with a final dinner and party
Saturday, November 9th Home time
